- Develop and implement a store strategy to increase sales and profits, leveraging local corporate and independent contacts, and social media.
- Manage the processing of quality donated goods to achieve agreed targets, ensuring optimal shop density levels and compliance with pricing guidelines.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in charity or fashion retail, with a strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
- Ability to create a customer journey to the highest level, with experience of working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Passion for charity retailing and a commitment to raising funds for the charity.
