Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized F&B Team Member to join our team at COMO Metropolitan London. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, working behind the bar and lobby lounge service, and assisting with room service and other F&B areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to guests in a fast-paced environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality service
  • Assist with room service, including taking orders and delivering food and beverages
  • Work behind the bar and lobby lounge service, including preparing and serving drinks and food
  • Assist with other F&B areas, including Taste of COMO restaurant and meetings and events
  • Provide excellent product knowledge and keep updated with new developments

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
