About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive new business growth, identifying and pursuing new opportunities in target markets.
  • Deliver Winning Propositions: Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches that exceed client expectations and drive business growth.
  • Build Strong Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Manage Commercial Targets: Take ownership of commercial targets, demonstrating accountability and best practices in sales and business development.
About You
  • Proven Sales Experience: A proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in new business development and a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Results-Oriented: A results-driven individual with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a proven ability to hit the ground running.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of commercial principles and practices, with the ability to analyze business opportunities and develop effective solutions.
