About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commis Waiter/ress to join our team at W Edinburgh. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Set tables to service standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and guests to ensure accurate orders and resolve any issues
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures
