About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Surveyor to join our Nottingham team at Brandon James Ltd.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in building surveying, with experience in managing key client relationships and working on high-profile projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and develop business plans to drive sustained growth
  • Work closely with the Head of Building Surveying to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and develop a team of building surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
Requirements
  • MRICS qualification is highly desirable
  • Previous team management experience is essential
  • Similar consultancy background with a proven track record of managing multiple projects
