Crew Records Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Crew Records Coordinator to join our Crew Records Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering record-keeping functions, working closely with Crew Training, Planning, and Crewing Teams, and liaising directly with Crew members.
Key Responsibilities- Run regular electronic reports from SABRE and MINT to check for expiries and ensure timely rostering of training.
- Conduct daily and weekly checks on expiry events within SABRE and MINT, collaborating with Crew Training, Planning, and Crewing Teams to prevent Crew members from flying without necessary training, licensing, and paperwork.
- Update, audit, and maintain electronic systems with Licence, Passport, and Medical expiry dates, and issue reminders to Pilots and Cabin Crew regarding document uploads.
- A logical and methodical approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive and supportive team member who champions customer service, responding to requests and queries within 72 hours.
- Clear information provision in responses.
