Our structured development pathway is designed to lead you toward accountancy qualifications, setting the stage for a prosperous career in Finance.

Throughout the three-year apprenticeship, you will collaborate closely with Senior Finance Professionals and Business Partners within our regional finance unit. You will be entrusted with responsibilities from the outset, progressively taking on more as you enhance your skills and knowledge.

Through annual rotational placements, you will acquire essential experience in various domains, enabling you to cultivate a well-rounded understanding of finance operations and their significance in achieving business goals:

Financial Planning and Analysis Management Accounting Financial Reporting Taxation and Compliance Audit and Assurance Treasury and Cash Management Business Partnering

Here’s what you will learn to do:

Collaborate with Sales teams to assess the financial viability of new ventures. Evaluate, challenge, and authorize customer pricing and agreements. Assist in preparing precise reports and performance evaluations. Serve as a resource for any internal finance-related inquiries. Generate ad-hoc reports and presentations. Act as a representative for Finance, fostering cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Required Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine interest in pursuing a finance career and working towards your CIMA qualification.

Although a hybrid working arrangement is available, regular attendance at our Ashford, Kent office will be necessary, so proximity to the location is essential.
