Role Overview

We are in search of an Electrical Project Coordinator to ensure the effective execution of electrical services on our ongoing contracts, overseeing personnel, stakeholder engagement, and project timelines.

  • Oversee project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and supplier performance standards are upheld.
  • Manage commercial aspects and provide regular reporting.
  • Lead field supervisors, ensuring compliance with safety and performance benchmarks.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and ensure adherence to operational standards.
  • Supervise staff, allocate responsibilities, and guarantee exceptional service delivery.
  • Communicate project developments and challenges to the Contract Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project financial plans.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with NEC 3-4 contracts and delivery of healthcare projects.
  • Qualification in Building Services, with strong program management capabilities.
  • Background in electrical systems, along with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong numeracy skills, proficiency in computer applications, and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible work approach and legal eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Possession of a full UK Driving License and an enhanced DBS check.
