- Work closely with the project management team to track progress, update schedules, and forecast project timelines.
- Identify and manage risks, opportunities, and potential bottlenecks in project schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource allocation and capacity planning meet project needs.
- Provide regular reports on project status, including progress, variance analysis, and critical path reviews.
- Support the preparation of project plans, bids, and proposals, ensuring accurate planning and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in project planning and reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Planner, preferably within the defence, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries.
- Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including risk management, resource planning, and cost control.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Eligible for UK security clearance (UK citizenship required).
