Finance Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit exposure for live accounts.
  • Process new credit accounts, ensuring all necessary verifications are completed.
  • Post daily banking transactions with precision and in adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and resolutions.
  • Raise credit notes as necessary.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly invoice runs, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with various departments and customers to address financial matters effectively.
  • Allocate payments accurately, ensuring records are updated promptly.
