Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and individualized care to children in our residential setting.
- Support the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a smooth and efficient running environment.
- Collaborate with staff members to implement care plans and ensure the well-being of each child.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team dynamic, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to resident care and progress.
We are looking for individuals who possess the following:
- A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare is essential.
- Previous experience working within a residential childcare setting.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- The ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations.
