We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic residential sales team in Mildenhall, working in our well-established Abbotts estate agency.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales through to exchange and completion.
- Optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
- Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of generating new business in a target-driven environment.
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate with MS Office, internet, and email systems.
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
