We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Safety Administrator to join our dynamic team at Tersus Consultancy. As a key member of our Health and Safety Department, you will provide administrative support to our CDM Consultants, Health and Safety File Coordinators, and Fire Consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Document Management: Type and check CDM and Fire Department documents using Microsoft Office Package.
- Site Safety Inspection Reports: Process and issue site safety inspection reports, Pre-construction Information, and other CDM Department documents.
- Fire Risk Assessment Reports: Process fire risk assessment reports and allocate to the relevant Validator.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and keep records of all work completed.
- General Administration: Complete any task given by the Safety Department, including general admin duties such as photocopying, scanning, and uploading information to Ultimate Manager.
- ISO 9001:2015 System: Maintain the ISO 9001:2015 system, including recording of non-conformances.
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Initiative and Prioritization: The ability to work under own initiative and prioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- IT Skills: A good level of IT skills.
- Construction Industry Knowledge: Previous knowledge of the construction industry is preferred but not essential.
