The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Developer to join our Analytics & Data division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and validating the sophisticated models that power our industry-leading products. You will collaborate closely with a team of engineers and quants to create and deploy financial pricing libraries, calculators, and risk algorithms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop advanced pattern-detection algorithms for integration across all TradingHub product offerings.
  • Construct robust financial pricing libraries, calculators, and risk/pricing-related algorithms.
  • Conduct research and development of comprehensive models to understand market dynamics across diverse asset classes.
  • Prototype, test, and validate TradingHub's proprietary mathematical and statistical models.
  • Utilize our in-house big data language for large-scale pricing and analysis of security and risk data.
  • Implement and optimize core algorithms used by TradingHub to perform in-depth analysis of financial data.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in C#, C++, or Python programming languages.
  • Experience working with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
  • Demonstrated exceptional mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Industry experience as a quant within a pricing/risk function.
  • Understanding of derivatives (swaps, options, futures) and the ability to translate cash flow streams into risk assessments.
  • Solid knowledge of fixed-income or commodities asset classes.
  • A willingness to experiment with new ideas and technologies.
