Job Overview

We are seeking a Property Sales and Lettings Consultant for our reputable and ethical Real Estate Agency group. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with a variety of properties, including new builds and resale homes, providing you with a lucrative commission structure and a modern working environment.

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

Commission: Attractive set amounts for each letting, resale, and new home sale.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (a rarity in the real estate sector).

Saturday Rota: 10 am - 4 pm (for Saturdays worked, you will receive a full day off in lieu the following week).

Essential Requirements:

  • A valid driving license
  • Previous experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator in the real estate sector
  • A great sense of humor
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Self-motivation and drive to succeed
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • A strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction
  • An ethical approach to customer service and sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register clients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and care.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings in the local area.
  • Gather and communicate detailed feedback from viewings.
  • Arrange property valuations for the Branch Manager.
  • Present offers on properties on behalf of buyers.
  • Facilitate negotiations between vendors and buyers.
  • Manage the sales progression process, keeping all parties informed.
  • Coordinate with solicitors throughout the sales process.
  • Support the Branch Manager in acquiring new business.
  • Conduct viewings for rental properties and provide appropriate feedback.
  • Finalize rental agreements and liaise with the Property Management team.
  • Be authentic, genuinely care for clients, and represent the company positively.
