Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of admin and post completion assistants to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and implement performance management processes to drive team performance and growth.
- Provide coaching and mentoring support to team members, identifying and addressing training and development needs.
- Assist with caseloads as needed, ensuring workloads are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, borrowers, and external parties to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Provide management information and reporting on post completion activity, ensuring accurate and timely data.
- Proven experience in leading and coaching teams in a customer-focused, volume environment.
- Previous experience in post completion conveyancing or remortgage is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Strong people and performance management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing teams.
- An understanding of the remortgage process and ability to work in a demanding environment with strict deadlines.
- Proven IT skills, with experience of using case management systems.
