The Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Integrar business, a market leader in remortgaging and refinancing services. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of admin and post completion assistants, providing coaching and mentoring support, and ensuring the delivery of a first-class service to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of admin and post completion assistants to achieve exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to drive team performance and growth.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to team members, identifying and addressing training and development needs.
  • Assist with caseloads as needed, ensuring workloads are managed effectively and efficiently.
  • Liaise with clients, borrowers, and external parties to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Provide management information and reporting on post completion activity, ensuring accurate and timely data.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and coaching teams in a customer-focused, volume environment.
  • Previous experience in post completion conveyancing or remortgage is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong people and performance management skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing teams.
  • An understanding of the remortgage process and ability to work in a demanding environment with strict deadlines.
  • Proven IT skills, with experience of using case management systems.
