Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at FatFace, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing costs, and delivering our brand through the visual proposition. You will support the Store Manager in commercially managing the store to maximise profitability through the retail plan.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional standards of behaviour to maintain the integrity of the brand.
- Drive and role model customer service standards to exceed customer expectations.
- Train, coach, and develop your team, supporting the completion of appraisals and performance reviews.
- Proactively analyse financial data, retail and company strategy, and use local/industry knowledge to maximise sales opportunities and support commercial decisions.
- Ensure the store is working to budget through effective scheduling, cost controls, and crew productivity.
- Communicate and liaise with Head Office to influence and maximise the stock package.
- Oversee and execute the FatFace visual proposition to company standards, including leading sale/new season launches and floor moves.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
