About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting our recycling efforts and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our depot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including responding to queries and managing schedules.
  • Assist with weighbridge operations, including training and development.
  • Book recyclable material collections and engage with the communication team to improve recycling rates.
  • Support people management, including time sheets, absence, and holidays.
  • Maintain PPE Google sheet and various IT systems, including Elemos, Workday, and Echo.
  • Process new starters and leavers on Workday and maintain schedules for onsite periodic maintenance and inspections.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing and document management.
Requirements
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Google, including mail, docs, and sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
