Job Overview

Gleeson Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a renowned luxury brand to fill a Senior Finance Analyst position in their product development team.

This exciting role combines traditional finance responsibilities with strategic business partnering, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to provide insights into business performance and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts to align financial targets with business objectives.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to provide financial expertise and support strategic initiatives.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and KPIs to senior management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Contribute to special projects and initiatives as required, leveraging financial expertise to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • A recognized accountancy qualification - ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the luxury goods or manufacturing industry
  • Proven business partnering experience with senior stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of influencing business decisions through data-driven insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
