We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Endeavour House, a residential home for children and young people with Autism and learning disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live a life full of fulfillment and meaning.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each resident receives the support they need to achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
  • Supporting residents to access and engage with the local community
