CCTV Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our CCTV monitoring team. As a CCTV Monitoring Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our CCTV control room, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of security incidents, and providing guidance and support to our security team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the CCTV monitoring team to ensure effective and efficient operation of the control room.
- Investigate and report security incidents in accordance with Trust Policy and Security Department procedures.
- Work closely with Security Supervisors to gather information regarding incidents and assist in ensuring they are progressed appropriately.
- Manage the day-to-day arrangements for traffic management and car parking facilities to maximize availability for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Ensure all NHS security work is carried out within professional and ethical procedures of the Security Department.
- Excellent managerial and communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of criminal law, CCTV control room operations, and security incident management.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate a calm and composed demeanor.
- Good understanding of written and spoken English.
- Full, current, clean driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
