At GSL Education, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychology Graduate to join our team as a support specialist for children with Special Education Needs.

About the Role

We are looking for a candidate who can inspire and motivate students, while also possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of working within child psychology and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support pupils to overcome barriers to learning
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behavior
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective support
  • Contribute to a positive and enriching learning environment

Requirements

  • Psychology Degree
  • Experience working with young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for creating a positive and enriching learning environment
