We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Violence Advocate to join our team at Housing and Support Recruitment Limited.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in advocating for victims of domestic violence, working closely with agencies such as the Police and MARAC to provide support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver confidential high-quality outreach support to victims of domestic violence
- Work with the Police and MARAC to accept referrals and provide support
- Provide support through the helpline or direct into the IDVA service
Requirements:
- Experience in working with victims of domestic violence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
