Industrial Hire Business

We are seeking a skilled CAP Engineer with a background in powered access to join our team in the North West of England.

This industrial hire business has experienced significant growth while maintaining a family-oriented culture throughout the organization.

The Role:

  • Maintain and upkeep of a diverse fleet of powered access equipment
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI's) to ensure equipment is in optimal condition
  • Carry out repairs on a wide range of equipment
  • Collaborate with the hire desk to guarantee equipment availability for customer needs
  • Accurately and efficiently complete relevant checks and engineering paperwork
  • Occasionally travel to client sites to resolve equipment breakdowns

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Hold a CAP qualification for powered access equipment
  • Be certified as an IPAF Demonstrator with grades 1B, 3A, and 3B
  • Have proven experience in a similar role
  • Possess a full UK driving license
