We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Manager to join our team at Secure and Recruit Ltd. As a Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with daily administrative tasks, including vehicle and fleet management, documentation maintenance, and service calls.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with necessary accreditations
- Oversee and assist with daily administrative tasks, including vehicle and fleet management
- Coordinate and manage service calls, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth departmental operations
- Develop and implement new works using Simpro
- Organize and oversee permits as necessary
- Assist with the creation of quotations
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary between £42,000 - £48,000
- Private healthcare
- 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- 40 hour week, 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break
- Pension scheme
