About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Supervisor to join our team at Be-IT. As a key member of our Delivery function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the delivery of our services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a team of Delivery Managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
    • Drive delivery excellence, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Community Building:
    • Establish and nurture strong communities of practice within the Delivery Manager function.
    • Organize regular events, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer and professional development.
  • Strategic Delivery:
    • Oversee large-scale digital transformation programs for clients, including roadmap development, program planning, and governance.
    • Manage complex delivery projects, ensuring successful execution and achievement of project objectives.
    • Lead the delivery aspects of bid work.
    • Identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities to expand the Delivery Manager function's reach and impact.
  • Regional Hub Development:
    • Support the growth of regional hubs.
    • Develop and implement effective internal and external engagement plans to build a strong community, culture, and local brand presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Delivery Principal / Head of Delivery / Capability Lead or equivalent role in a technology consultancy or similar environment.
  • Deep understanding of delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
