About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various locations in the XX postcode area.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas, including offices, corridors, and public spaces
  • Operating a variety of cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning solutions
  • Ensuring all surfaces, including floors, walls, and furniture, are clean and dust-free
  • Emptying bins and recycling waste
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries and concerns

We require someone who is physically fit, able to work independently, and has a keen eye for detail. Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential. You will be provided with full training and support to ensure your success in this role.

Working Hours

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. You will be required to be flexible with your hours and may be asked to work occasional evenings or weekends.
