Job Overview

Our team is a close-knit group located in the Nottingham area, offering a flexible hybrid work model that allows for remote work, office presence, or a combination of both.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering expert support for Mainframe Automation and output management
  • Providing on-call assistance for OPSMVS, CAView, and iDash-related challenges
  • Collaborating with Business Units, Operational Teams, and Third-Party Vendors to create and implement technical strategies
  • Adhering to Experian's ITIL Business processes, including Change, Incident, Problem, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Overseeing Mainframe Automation tools in compliance with Experian's security protocols and policies, utilizing standard tools such as CyberArk and ServiceNow
Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in a complex Mainframe environment
  • Administration of Mainframe System Automation software on Mainframe platforms
  • Familiarity with Mainframe systems including OPSMVS, CA-View & CA-Deliver, and REXX
  • Knowledge of Mainframe Operations – JCL, ISPF, JES2, and z/OS
