We are partnering with a leading engineering company to find a skilled Logistics Manager to join their London business unit. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a hyperscale data centre project in NW London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics operations on site, ensuring seamless delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Deputise for the logistics manager during periods of rotation, providing continuity and support.
  • Supervise and coordinate logistics labour on site, including maintenance of roadways and walkways, coordination with trade partners, and safe handling of materials.
  • Manage company plant and assets on site, ensuring they are properly maintained and utilised.
  • Procure and manage provisions of materials and consumables for site use, ensuring timely delivery and availability.
  • Represent the company at DABS and coordination meetings, providing updates and insights.
  • Ensure safe and correct handling of all materials, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
  • Manage deliveries and coordination of deliveries via the online system, ensuring efficient and timely receipt of goods.
  • Coordinate lifting operations via the online system, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials.
  • Produce weekly DWGs to highlight safety systems, access/egress, and site evolution.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in receiving goods and documentation, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and teams.
