Warehouse Manager

Pasta Evangelists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring peak efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train a team of warehouse employees to achieve short- and long-term performance goals.
  • Develop and implement warehouse operations systems, including product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilisation, and inventory management.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with external logistics teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager.
  • Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
  • Forklift licence.
