Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Timeplan Education Group Ltd. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students in a Primary or Secondary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students on a 1:1 or group basis, working closely with the class teacher to enhance their learning experience.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Develop and implement strategies to manage classroom behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students.
- Collaborate with school staff to share best practices and develop effective support plans.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with Primary or Secondary aged children, with a strong understanding of their educational needs.
- Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and priorities.
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is an advantage, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
