About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Assistant to join our team at Cleeve Court, a Community Resource Centre in Twerton, Bath. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care, including washing, hygiene, and dressing
  • Promote residents' independence, dignity, and choice by delivering person-centred care
  • Keep accurate and timely care documentation
  • Support residents in accessing external healthcare services, including third-party and NHS services
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to provide outstanding care
  • Encourage positive lifestyle choices, helping residents live their best possible lives

About You:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. Experience in care is essential for this role, and we offer full training and a supportive environment where you can thrive.

What We Offer:

  • Flexible contracts: 22 or 33 hours per week
  • Competitive pay, with enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays
  • A supportive, welcoming environment in an easily accessible location via public transport or car
