Job Summary

We are seeking a Community Care Assistant to join our team in Bath. As a Community Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to our clients in their own homes. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of our care and support services, identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting solutions.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
