About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to provide continuous cover and support throughout the Rennie Grove Peace shop network and/or to work on specific projects as required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Experience in Retail or Charity Sector: We are seeking an individual with a strong background in retail or charity work, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Strong Interpersonal and Selling Skills: The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and selling skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Rapport Building Skills: You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building rapport with customers, and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Good People Management Skills: As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Hands-on Leadership Skills: The successful candidate will possess hands-on leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example, motivate and inspire a team to achieve excellent results.
  • High Energy and Passion for the Charity: We are seeking an individual with high energy and a passion for the charity, with a strong desire to make a positive impact and contribute to the success of the organization.
  • Strong Team Player: You will be a strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to achieve excellent results.
