About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at Female Invest. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that align with our brand and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and curate engaging content for TikTok and Instagram, including copy, images, and videos.
  • Manage day-to-day activities on social channels, including content scheduling and community engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies based on insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align social media efforts with overall company goals.
  • Report on social media performance weekly, using KPIs and trends to inform commercial and content strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management or as a creator.
  • Exceptional knowledge of the social media landscape, including content optimization, publishing algorithms, and social listening.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
  • Creative thinking and a strong understanding of the female empowerment movement.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and being reactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £45,000-£63,000 depending on experience, with an opportunity for bonus.
