£44,330.77 per annum

Incentives:

Job Summary:
Concept Technical is collaborating with a distinguished facilities management organization to recruit a proficient HVAC Service Engineer.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with the upkeep and servicing of HVAC systems across various locations along the South Coast.

This position presents a competitive salary, signing bonus, and additional financial rewards for technicians with diverse skill sets.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and urgent repairs on HVAC systems.
  • Diagnose and fix 3-phase pumps and motors.
  • Adhere to all applicable industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Engage in an on-call schedule, providing emergency assistance as required.
  • Meticulously document all tasks performed and report promptly.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • Valid commercial gas certifications.
  • Strong mechanical background, especially with 3-phase pumps and motors.
  • F-gas certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.
  • Full UK driving license.
