Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Employers Liability Partner. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Employers Liability Partner, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
- Ensure effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
