Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Solicitor to join our Personal Injury team and contribute to the growth of our resilient department.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload of Employers Liability/Public Liability matters from inception to completion, as well as supervision experience.

The successful candidate will have the benefit of full administrative support and will be responsible for working on their own caseload from initial instructions to settlement.

The role involves supervising members of the team and driving forward the department's progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of Employers Liability/Public Liability matters
  • Supervising members of the team
  • Working on own caseload from initial instructions to settlement
  • Driving forward the department's progress

Requirements:

  • Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive experience
  • Experience of handling a Employers Liability/Public Liability caseload
  • Litigation experience and thorough understanding of the CPR
  • Supervision experience
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
