About the Role

The University of Northampton is seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team as a Clinic Coordinator. This is a key role within our Podiatry Clinic, responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the clinic, including stock control, clinic management, and health and safety responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the setup and maintenance of clinics, systems, and processes
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals
  • Provide excellent customer-focused service to patients and staff
  • Ensure accurate and efficient stock control and management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of health and safety policies and risk assessments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a professional customer service role
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Knowledge of health and safety policies and risk assessment management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (English and Maths essential) or equivalent
  • 2 A Levels or equivalent
