The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Food and Beverage team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service standards and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
