About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Psychiatrist to join our team at Elysium Healthcare. As a Specialist in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, you will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team and providing clinical expertise to ensure the delivery of best practice care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Clinical Programme for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to team members
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with NHS clinicians and commissioners to deliver high-quality care

Requirements

  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
  • Full GMC registration with licence to practice
  • MRCPsych or MRCPsych equivalent approved by the Royal College of Psychiatrists
  • On the Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or be accepted within 6 months
  • Section 12(2) approval, Approved Clinician status
  • Clinical training and experience required for gaining UK CCT
  • Widespread and detailed experience of assessment and management of patients in Child and Adolescent psychiatry
