About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IFA Administrator to join our client's growing team in their boutique firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Senior IFA Administrator and will play a key role in the firm's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new business submissions and ongoing adviser/customer support for existing platform and non-platform business.
  • Process withdrawals, including general investments, PCLS, and UFPLS.
  • Produce valuations and meeting packs for annual and half-yearly client financial reviews.
  • Check all new business for compliance pre- and post-submission.
  • Prepare and issue post-sale suitability letters.
  • Manage pipeline new business.
  • Check and issue annual review reports.
  • Liaise with clients and providers to provide full IFA and client support.
  • Maintain client database using Intelligent Office.
  • Input and reconcile fees.
  • Manage and arrange diaries and client meetings for advisers.
  • Experience with provider platforms, including Standard Life Elevate, OMW, Novia, Amber, Aviva, and ARC.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as an Administrator in an IFA firm.
  • Pensions and investments knowledge.
  • Experience in processing new business.
  • Intelligent Office experience ideal.
