Job Description

Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Location: Hybrid/Remote

Salary: £60,000 + Bonus

About Us: As a key member of the Procurement Capability and Engagement team at Mars (New), you will be at the forefront of driving Procurement Associate development and strategic learning initiatives. This dynamic global team provides learning and capability building to ensure that Procurement teams are equipped with the specialized set of skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the evolving business and supplier landscape and ultimately help the Procurement function enable business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical skills to report, synthesize, distil, and draw conclusions from multiple data sources.
  • Strong project management discipline
  • Fluent in English

Knowledge Management:

  • Ownership of the Procurement Knowledge Management intranet to ensure its comprehensive, up-to-date, and user-friendly resource that supports the Procurement function's efficient knowledge sharing and collaboration. Responsible for developing the roadmap, content creation and management, driving adoption, training and support, performance metrics, and compliance and governance of the site.
  • Manage Supplier Gateway website to streamline supplier engagement, improve efficiency, and ensure the delivery of a seamless user experience. This includes managing Segment communication activities and creating a content and functionality roadmap with colleagues in Process Ownership, Effectiveness and Digital Technologies.
  • Ownership of market intelligence platforms to enhance strategic decision-making and procurement processes.
  • Business owner of Skills Assessment product for Procurement function. This includes platform mastery, user support, and continuous improvement working with users and the vendor.

  • Combine data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view of learning outcomes and skills assessments
  • Data gathering and insights; formulate points of view and recommendations for improving skills-building process and experience
  • Enhance the accuracy and utility of skills and training data reporting.
