The Role: Data Analyst (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our Development team on a one-year fixed-term contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our games by providing valuable insights into player behavior and game performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, distribute, and maintain reports, visualizations, and dashboards using Tableau and Excel.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis across all game systems to identify areas for improvement and enhance player engagement.
  • Provide actionable metrics on game usage and performance to various teams within the company.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver tailored analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with data and gameplay engineering teams to implement and maintain reporting data flows.
  • Support the wider team in effectively utilizing shared data resources within Tableau.
What We Look For:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Tableau Desktop.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including querying large and complex datasets.
  • Experience with Alteryx Designer is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AWS/GCP environments, particularly BigQuery/Redshift, is beneficial.
  • Prior experience within the computer games industry is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
