NEC Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced NEC Supervisor to oversee design and construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance at every stage. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in defining project scope and attending key meetings.
- Manage NEC4 communications and reply within deadlines.
- Support the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor in analyzing compensation events and providing dispute advice.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure the contractor meets the scope and quality standards.
- Produce weekly site reports and keep accurate records of site activities.
- Monitor, report, and issue notices on defects, ensuring they are corrected properly.
- Witness testing activities and ensure quality processes and audits are followed.
- Experience in regulated industries and complex stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts (beneficial, not essential).
- NEC Supervisor qualification (highly desirable).
- Construction PM experience with an understanding of construction methods.
- Confident with digital systems for project information, defect recording, and reporting.
