Job Title: NEC Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced NEC Supervisor to oversee design and construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance at every stage. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of NEC4 contracts and be able to manage communications, analyze compensation events, and provide dispute advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in defining project scope and attending key meetings.
  • Manage NEC4 communications and reply within deadlines.
  • Support the Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor in analyzing compensation events and providing dispute advice.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure the contractor meets the scope and quality standards.
  • Produce weekly site reports and keep accurate records of site activities.
  • Monitor, report, and issue notices on defects, ensuring they are corrected properly.
  • Witness testing activities and ensure quality processes and audits are followed.
Requirements:
  • Experience in regulated industries and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts (beneficial, not essential).
  • NEC Supervisor qualification (highly desirable).
  • Construction PM experience with an understanding of construction methods.
  • Confident with digital systems for project information, defect recording, and reporting.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality results.
