About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Training Professional to join our team at Atelier Galleries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed sales expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop business plans to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop and deliver sales training programs, ensuring that all sales staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the art or gallery industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop business plans
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
