We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at BYD York. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating customer appointments, prospecting, and maximizing car sales in a challenging, target-driven environment. You will work closely with our Customer Delight Executives to ensure seamless handovers and focus on providing world-class customer care.

What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary of up to £23,000, with a realistic OTE of over £43,000.
  • Flexible working hours, with a 5-day working week.

  • Uncapped commission with higher bandings for high performance.
  • A company vehicle available from the moment you join our team.
  • 30 days annual leave, inclusive of 8 bank holidays, with average commission paid during your annual leave.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid UK driving license and a proven track record of sales experience. You will also need to be confident working to targets and deadlines, with a strong ability to maximize every opportunity and convert enquiries into sales.
