Your new position
We are looking for a Graduate IT Analyst who possesses strong analytical and interpersonal skills to deliver prompt IT assistance while ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will involve logging and monitoring incidents through ITSM platforms, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs), and recognizing persistent issues for further analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering compassionate and confident IT support.
  • Documenting and monitoring incidents via ITSM platforms.
  • Recognizing and escalating recurring problems.
  • Setting up and configuring computers for both new and existing personnel.

What you will need to excel

  • Willingness to travel regularly to the office.
  • Capability to assess issues, determine root causes, and formulate effective solutions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey technical information clearly to non-technical staff.
  • Outstanding customer service skills to provide understanding and patient support to users.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and establish solid working relationships.
  • Attention to detail to ensure precision in troubleshooting and documentation.
  • Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet SLAs and deadlines.
