Senior Planner Overview:

In the capacity of Senior Planner, you will be an integral part of the project delivery team, engaging in dynamic and complex new build projects.

Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the effective planning and implementation of projects valued between £50m and £150m.


Senior Planner Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and sustain project timelines, ensuring they align with project goals and deadlines
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to collect vital information for precise planning
  • Execute risk evaluations and propose proactive measures to avert potential delays
  • Track and report on project advancements, recognizing and addressing any schedule discrepancies
  • Work closely with the project team to guarantee effective communication and coordination
  • Employ industry-leading planning software and tools to enhance project efficiency

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Planner within the construction sector
